Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Economy Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
• Standard Shipping: 6 to 12 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ITS BOOGA BABY is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, email us at itsboogababy@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
