All Sales Are Final on Custom/Print-on-Demand Items Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We will issue a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your order is lost in transit
To request a refund or replacement: Contact us at itsboogababy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
SHIPPING POLICY
